Automatic Free Pallet Concrete Block Machine

As the name suggests, the automatic free pallet concrete block machine does not require a pallet but only a tray. The mold is placed directly on the vibrating table, and the bricks in the mold are transported directly to the lifting and rotating platform. The platform has a tray (which can be made of wood or iron) that can stack bricks up to 6-7 layers for facing bricks, 7-8 layers for common bricks, and 4 layers for hollow bricks. One tray can replace 6-7 pallets, and the tray does not require high strength or toughness, only load-bearing capacity, thus reducing costs and saving labor. Invisibly, it saves customers a lot of investment in pallets and brings lifelong benefits.
